I memberedid!!!

I remembered what I was going to say last night!

But now, for something for completely different.

I awoke this morning to find out that we had gotten a bunch of rain overnight. Still not enough but at least it rained hard for a little bit, so that's a start. As long as it is better than last year, that is all that matters!

The thing I forgot last night was to give Katie the word on what I cooked for dinner. I did some pan fried scallops with some pasta and fresh watermelon. You roll the scallops in some Italian breadcrumbs with a little salt and pepper added into the crumbs, heat butter in a skillet and brown the scallops on each side. Take them out and let them rest and they'll finish cooking. Man they were good.
