Not much going on here lately, but April is off all next week so hopefully we'll get a chance to do something fun. We'd like to go canoeing, but if we don't get some doggone rain here it may be more of an excercise in carrying the darn thing for a few miles through ankle deep water! I didn't cut the grass this week, but it doesn't seem to have grown any, so I suppose there is no need. You can still see the marks where I cut it last time!
I think we are also going to try and take a trip to the Jack Daniels distillery. It's been a while since I've been and April has never made it. We'll be sure to let you know all about it if we make it.
It seems like I had something else I wanted to mention, but it has escaped me for now. Talk to you all later. Have a great weekend.

You'll have to let me know how the distillery is. That's somewhere I've never been either!! :)
The JD distillery is a great tour. It's very informative. My only comment is that when we went the distillery was closed down for annual maintenance so we didn't actually see the machinery working. The rest of it was really great though. You might want to see if there is anything else going on in town when you decide to go. They have a chili cook-off some time and other annual events. It would be great to work a couple of things into one trip!! Hope you have fun.

Man! You are forgetting all KINDS of stuff!! You have CRS? Maybe you can get some memory lessons from your Grandpop (LOL).
Hope you get rain soon. We are in the same condition here, I have a trailer full of canoes and Kayaks sitting in the yard, bone dry and lonely.
We have been promised some rain today, but so far nothing...
